Jon Udell talks with Marty Collins, a marketer in Microsoft’s architecture group, about a way that PR types might bring value to the conversation in the blogosphere: by helping work narrators become better communicators.
Udell recently left InfoWorld to join Microsoft, and his new podcast is produced as part of the company’s Channel 9 offerings for developers.
I’m enclosing another nice bit from the bi-directional interview, in which Jon answers the question, “How do bloggers like to be approached?”
Do listen to the whole interview. I got a kick out of how the marketer kept slipping into old marketing speak but, to her credit, correcting herself as soon as she heard how it sounded.
